Dell XPS 13

Dell XPS 13 finally combines a current-gen CPU, high-res display, touch screen, and nearly everything else on our wish list.

And here is review for Dell's XPS 13 ( 2014 )

Its small, fast and not bad looking laptop. I've used this laptop as a step in minimalizing my laptop bag I usually carry around. It fits into a smaller bag, the battery last

Dell's XPS 13 actuall have "upgrade". Adding Haswell power and a touch screen to the notebook's sleek, ultraportable design. This 13-inch Ultrabook's comfortable, soft-touch deck and solid battery life make it a joy to use, and the crisp 1080p display doesn't hurt either. As long as you can live with one annoying flaw, there's no reason not to snatch up this Dell XPS 13

Dell hasn't made any cosmetic changes to the XPS 13 since last year's model, and it didn't need to because last year model work really really good, this model is just a little bit upgraded

Inspired by Intel®. Expect stunning clarity on the full HD display, now with an optional touch screen. Measuring 12.4 x 8.1 x 0.7 inches, the XPS 13 has a smaller footprint than the HP Spectre 13inch (12.8 x 8.7 x 0.59 inches), Samsung  ATIV Book 9 Plus (12.6 x 8.8 x 0.51 pounds) and AppleMackBook Air 13-inch (12.8 x 9 x 0.11 inches).

Expect beautiful clarity from this 13.3" Full HD (1080p) display with 2 times more pixels than standard HD (720p) for a sharper view. So the probably make this model better.Collaborate easily from any viewpoint with wide 178-degree viewing angles. Outdoor viewing is just as vibrant as it is inside with 350-nit brightness for 75% more illumination than a typical 200-nit panel. Upgrade to an optional touch screen to tap, swipe, scroll or pinch your way through each task ( the new model ). Toggle between apps, charms and multiple windows for easy collaboration.

The system also works really good, many gamers are satisfied with this model . The XPS 15 we’re using for reference packs a Core i7-4702HQ, a 512GB SSD, 16GB of DDR3/1600 memory, and a discrete GPU—and it costs a kilobuck more than the XPS 13. The pair of embedded mics flanking the webcam record clear crisp speech from three feet away, though I had to crack up the volume to hear the playback.

The XPS 13, which lacks a d iscrete graphics processor, falls far short in our Bioshock Infinite test.

The reference XPS 15 machine, equipped with an Nvidia GeForce GT 750M, blitzed though the game with an ultra-smooth 44 frame per second (and that’s with the game’s resolution to 1920 by 1080 pixels with medium visual quality). The XPS 13 limped along at just 11 fps. If you want to play games, you’ll need to dial the resolution way down.

for 1.000$ its really good choice :)
